Our Team

Jimmie Rogers, Senior Project Manager

Jimmie is the Founder and Co-Owner of Rogers Development. Jimmie started his first building project by building his own home in his backyard. He came home with a shovel and headlamp and told his wife, Teresa, they were going to build a house. He proceeded to dig the basement and footers with that shovel and headlamp, and has been building beautiful homes ever since.

Jeff Rogers, Operations Manager

Co-Owner and Operations Manager, Jeff oversees every part of Rogers Development. He began his construction career in 2001, and joined the Rogers Development team in 2008. Jeff’s extensive experience in the construction industry lends to his ability to find creative solutions in any area of a project.

Josh Barnett, Pre-Construction Services

Josh joined the Rogers Development team in 2014 coming from a background in commercial construction. Josh handles all pre-construction services including estimating, sales, and budget analysis. Josh will be there with you every step of the way to make sure you are set up for financial success in building your home.

Tim England, Draftsman

As our on-staff draftsman, Tim is here to help you develop a floor plan to meet your every need. Whether you have simple changes to a floor plan, or need to create one from scratch, Tim will help you through to make sure you have the perfect layout. Tim has worked in the construction industry for 26 years with 16 of those devoted to drafting.

Jessica O'Neal, Construction Administrator

Jessica joined the Rogers Development team in August of 2023 bringing with her over 11 years of experience in the construction industry. Jessica handles invoicing and Accounts Receivable while also assisting the Pre-Construction and Construction Teams to ensure success at every stage of a project.
